This conference aims to bring together early career leaders from different walks of life in the meteorology space. This conference consisted of learning about our leadership styles, managing and navigating conflict, and understanding the dynamic influence of intersectionality.

This conference aims to bring together students, educators, and researchers to discuss topics of concern within the African Diaspora and share ways to promote self-determination for global community. Presented a paper highlighting the importance of fostering self-determination through experiential global learning.

This conference aims to acknowledge and inform about the current realities that are challenging the creation and sustainability of educational environments that seek to achieve a sense of belonging for all students. Lead a roundtable discussion on the importance of learning communitites and the discussing the struggles people in these communities experience.

This conference brings together the spectrum of stakeholders needed to advance climate science and the services required to expand public understanding of the issues and promote sound, science-based solutions. Presented a poster on the importance of exploring ways to predict wildfire ignition spots in the State of California to help mitigate Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS).
